It is all 100 % Scotch PGI Assured, which means the farms where it comes from meet the highest possible standards of farming and agriculture in Scotland.
Our main breeds include Aberdeen Angus, Hereford and British Blues, as well as Dexter beef and the occasional Wagyu.
