Although we do offer a full 30-return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return, due to the nature of our business and goods sold we mostly can not expect them as they fall into the category of exceptions (see below). However, if you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of any item received we will endeavour to put it right by either offering a replacement or refund.


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that substitutions can be made due to the nature of our business and seasonal availability.


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). If you are unhappy with the quality or freshness of the goods you receive, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


To ensure the freshness of the produce we supply we purchase many of our items on the day of delivery. This means from time to time some items may be unavailable. If this turns out to be the case we will either substitute for a similar item OR refund you for the price of that product.


Should you be unhappy with any item that you receive from us we will offer to exchange for the same product or something similar. Should this not be possible we will issue you with a full refund for that item.


Once agreed your refund with be made to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
